About the Role
The Head, Social Innovation & Change is responsible for the overall leadership and management of Standard Weave Cares, ensuring the effective execution of its social innovation programs and the achievement of its mission. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social impact, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
Academic Qualifications, Work Experience & Other Competencies
Degree in social work, psychology, business administration, or related field.Â
Good communication, problem solving, analytical, self-drive, innovative, teamwork, planning, and research skills.Â
Minimum of two (2) years working experience in a related environment.Â
Ability to research using various research techniques or tools.
Experience in performing analysis and developing models.
Proficiency using the web, private and public database as a resource for finding information.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace.
Good report writing, presentation and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise effectively, work within strict deadlines and align individual work with the Standard Weave's business objectives.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Ability to handle confidential documents.
