Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, in its original condition, unwashed and unworn and in the original packaging with all included materials. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Actual shipping costs will be deducted from all orders, including orders that ship free, if returned. Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days of receiving a return. 

Standard Weave shall not be liable for any delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control such as incorrect address information provided by the customer, the unavailability of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, natural disasters, or mail carrier problems.
